Default Adware Cab Files

Could someone please tell me how to get rid of Archieve
Adware Cab Files which McAfee keeps detecting. I can't
remove, even some infected files, because the file is
write protected.
Or, is it a problem I need to worry about.

If you have Spybot, run the program to detect and delete
the offending files. If you don't have it, go to
MajorGeeks.com and download it from there. It's a free
download, and if you want to, you can make a small
donation to the programmer. It works great and only takes
about 5 minutes to run.
