Default Problems starting Windows Me.

Every time that I try to start my pc win Windows Me, I get an error saying
that "MSGSRV32 has caused and error in KRNL386.exe" the PC then freezes up
and I can do any thing. How Can I fix this problem?

What changes were made to your system immediately prior to these problems
starting? If this problem has only recently started (in the last week)
have you thought of using system restore to roll back your system to
before you started seeing these errors.

See MS KB 138708 - "Function of the Windows 32-Bit Message Server"

There is also a KB article (KB304555) that covers this problem when
certain model HP Pavilion laptops running Win Me start either Microsoft
PowerPoint or Microsoft Publisher where the problem is due to a conflict
between PowerPoint (or Publisher) and the Trident CyberBlade graphics
controller.
