Default DVD player and other program running

Whenever I try to run a DVD with any program- There is a
error message that says - cannot run because anoth program
is running- How can I find out what is interfering- I
restatrted and still got the message so I looked inthe
start list and saw nothing that seemed to be interfering--
Can anybody help?? Thanks- Jan

Hi Jan,

Open the Close Programs (Ctrl + Alt + Del) Dialog box and start
closing one running application at a time. Each time a running
application is closed, try running the DVD program. This may narrow
the search.

Another more time consuming option would be to perform a clean boot.
