Default USP problem (NTKERN.VXD)

Hi there,

I was wondering if someone could help me. I have been using a HyunWon
DAH-1100 MP3 Player for over a year now. But now its encountered a problem,
it won't connect to my PC properly through the USP, it doesn't seem to be
detected properly. I checked the device manager and it had a yellow
exclamation mark next to it, with the status saying "The NTKERN.VXD device
loader(s) for this device could not load the device driver. (Code 2) To fix
this, click update driver to update this device driver". I'm using Microsoft
Windows: Second Edition, and I'm really unsure of what to do. I hope someone
can help me.

Thanks,

Sean

Do you mean USB? Exactly what in Device Manager has the yellow exclamation?
Do you have any other USB devices that work (or not)? What happens if you
follow the advice to update the driver?
