Shut Down Prob

Hi I installed Msoft/Atari Combat Flight Simulator on my
machine. Now it wont shut down completly...it procedes
through shut down screen process than freezes on a black
screen. only way to get out is to hit the power button.
particulers:
Updated all drivers: sound card, vidio card
Processor:AMD 900 Mb
OS: Win 98 1ED
Video: Matrox Millenium 200agp sound card
RAM: 512Mb PC2100 DDR ram
Running Up to date McAfee AV

I had a prob with DDHELP Page Fault untill I updated
Sound drivers

Have you disabled Fast Shutdown?

Start Run, type: msconfig

Select the "Advanced" button (on the "General" tab) and tick the box
labelled "Disable Fast Shutdown"

If you've already checked this, make sure the game/program is closing down
correctly, and has finished closing down, before shutting down your system
(press CTRL+ALT+DEL and look for it in the list).
