Default Error in MSHTML.dll, cannot access Internet

I have been experiencing getting onto AOL but cannot go on
WWW. I have this problem as well as some other friends.
We run ME and 98 v. of Windows. The details a Error
C0000005 occurred in module MSHTML.dll at address 0314
C4DC. Then there are 5 lines of addresses. Is this some
kind of virus? Norton and McAffee don't see it. What do
I do?

Thank you, John Holewinski
