what is this startup item?

I have a fair idea about the various items in my startup file--except
for this one:
windows\system\kb891711\kb891711.exe

Any ideas?

As I recall, this update caused a lot of discussion back in March and April
of this year. The first release (there were two, I believe) was corrected
by the second one. Microsoft calls it a "security release" and it's
supposed to be in the startup group. I suggest you leave it alone. Wish I
could be more help, but I imagine you'll get a more detailed response from
someone else.

"MS05-002: Vulnerability in cursor and icon format handling could allow

remove or uncheck this entry.
