RichFX player and NPVPG004.DLL
I uninstalled old RichFX player from Add/Remove programs(there was just
entry in Add/Remove program list, but was no program itself in Program files). The confirmation was shown that program was uninstalled. Uninstallation removed also RichFX folder from C:\Program Files\Common Files\ Amongst other files there was NPVPG004.DLL in that folder. I searched for NPVPG004.DLL in registry, and it show a vast quantity of keys referred to this NPVPG004.DLL, [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{47f591a1-8783-11d2-8343-00a0c945a819}\ToolboxBitma p32] @="C:\\PROGRAM FILES\\COMMON FILES\\RICHFX\\NPVPG004.DLL, 1" etc Is there other programs that may use this NPVPG004.DLL? Is it safe to remove all these keys that referred to NPVPG004.DLL? thanks. |
