My computer can't defragment and I can't run the scandisk
utility either. When I run scandisk it keeps restarting
half way through. When I defrag it gets as far as 1% then
restarts and it continues until I shut it off. I'm able to
run both successfully in safe mode but that's it. I tried
ctrl+alt+del and shut off all programs except explorer,
but I can't turn anything off. What do I need to do?
