What do I do with SYSTEM.INI File? I am more confident to work in REGEDIT as
I can use Find to locate NAVAP.VXD and delete it!

system.ini file. To look in the registry, do Start / Run / REGEDIT / OK

use the search function. Searching on NAVAP.VXD should be sufficient.
Delete the entry wherever you find it.
