Files with an msi extension should be associated with the Windows Installer
Package. Using Control Panel | Folder Options | View, what do you have
associated with the MSI file type? If there is a Restore button (there may
not be), click this and it should re-associate the MSI file type with the
Windows Installer, if not you may need to reinstall the Windows Installer in
which case please post back.
