Are you using a Firewall? - if so, then disable it and
get the Stinger (and
nothing else), then reboot to Safe Mode, and run it, and
see if it detects
anything.
If you're not running a firewall, then I suggest that you
contact a
specialist group for advice......

download the Stinger from here and run it to make sure
that A-V-disabling
viruses are not present on your PC
