Default 3 split monitor screen

Resolution is at 800x600 and 256 colours.
Split screen does not exist when I use a different monitor, so I guess it is
save to assume that the monitor is the problem. Will try to confirm it with
other pc. ......thanks

What resolution are you setting? It could be that you are trying to
exceed the capabilities of either or both of your card and monitor. Try
dropping the resolution back and see if that resolves the problem.

Yes, I have 3 separate images of desktop on the monitor. I tried
again, deleting all the adapter/monitor in SM and reboot. It redetect
the driver and its back to square one, still 3 separate images of
desktop on the monitor and they are not overlapping.
Will look up at Dell's or graphic website.... thanks
