No, and I don't think you are likely to do so as Win 9x operating systems
including Win Me don't support this feature. If you haven't already have
a look at Stardock's WindowBlinds
(http://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/) which may just have what
you are looking for. I've not tried as I'm not a fan of eye candy and
prefer instead to consider my PCs as tools to enable me to carry out the
jobs I want them to do rather than look different. g For example I run
in what is called classic mode both in Win Me and also XP..
