I have an oem 98se disk from dell. So i take its on there somewhere.??

least an OEM CD from Microsoft) the files won't be on it. You'll either
have to beg/borrow/buy one, or check your hard drive for the Windows Setup
files (several dozen files whose names start with WIN98 and end with the
