I am having the exact same problem. Quick lunch toolbar disapeared. When trying to set it up again I get the message "cannot create toolbar". I followed the the microsoft knowledge base article 273785, but the registry key does not contain the entry "classic shell". It ends at Explorer.

I also reloaded the mshtml.dll file. Still no luck. Any other suggestions out there?
