I hvave check "Disable fast shutdown" and shut down the computer. The same
message Fatal exception 0E at 0028:00000013 occurred.

I have searched and read the articles about Fatal Exception 0E at 0028:xxx,
but could not find any clue and solution.

Before, I have updated the display driver and the anti-virus program. Is one
of them the culprit?
