"dadiOH" has spoken, and we have listened:
Many centuries ago I once knew (due to the graciousness of a poster
in a forum such as this), a way to add the "open with" so it appears
any time you right click on a file. It's been so long since I've
need that info I've forgotten how to do it. Can anyone provide that
procedure - I'm thinking it was a registry edit but I just can't
remember.

1. Regedit
2. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Software \ CLASSES \* \ shell \ openas \
command
3. If this key isn't there then just create it
4. Give it the value of C:\WINDOWS\rundll32.exe
shell32.dll,OpenAs_RunDLL %1

To have "Always use" in "Open with" default to unchecked: Change the %1
to %0

YES, YES! And that trick about unchecking that stupid "Always use" box by
default also rocks! Thank you ever so much! I KNEW there was a way, just
was suffering from CRS.

Thanx again!
