This is from Norton SystemWorks 2002.

That zip file is password protected. The password is "a" (no quotes).

The internal file is sd32.xex. Rename it to sd32.exe.

I think it's a stand-alone file (I don't think it needs any other norton
DLL's) but let me know if it doesn't run by itself.

There is also the Windows ME version of defrag:
