I have a second computer running windows ME however when I start it up i get
an error message stating thet there is a problem with EXPLORER counldnt find
SHRPP??.DLL there are a couple of digits in place of the ??

I do have the installation disk. What can I do to resolve this problem.

If I need to re format te C Drive that would be fine as I only use this
system for internet access therefore any files are not improtant. Please tell
me how to do it.
