Did you uninstall IE6.0, or downgrade it to IE5.x before trying the =
reinstall of WinME?
Were you running Windows Media Player 9 before trying the reinstall?
These 2 need to be removed before attempting an install of WinME on top =
(a.k.a. dirty install).
Please confirm if this is the case and I may have a workaround to be run =
from DOS (from a startup floppy boot).
