I just refreshed Windows 98 and afterwards the fonts were
huge and the display setting were set to 640x480 and 16
colors. When I adjust the settings, Windows accepts teh
change and does a restart. When the restart completes,
the old settings (640x480;16 colors) have returned. I
have a dell p991 monitor and Windows says that the driver
is fine. What could prevent me from adjusting this
setting?
