I have three separate systems that use 98SE, two of them also have XP HOME on a separate bootable
hd which do not have the problem. Intermintily I have noticed a delay when right clicking a file,
folder, or Icon. The delay may be from a second or two to minutes. There is nothing major running
in the background, virus scan, defrag, etc, and the systems are relatively fast. I have found
nothing that helps on Goggle, any ideas? It's nothing major and has been going on for a time,
