Default MacAfee Stinger Update

Dave:
Then why would it say 'the file was renamed to prevent anti-stinger tactics
used by Sober.r'? And that it 'includes'
detection for all variants as of Feb. 2006?
I was alerted to this by the stinger itself as an update and I had the
latest version (2.6.0).

Harry.

| It's more of an upgrade to the same update, in order to take care of "a
| little problem", isn't it?

No, it looks like its a currency issue based on the use of "extended

expiration date".
