Default Me Operating System Install

I have an old, I mean, an Old Compaq Armada 1125 laptop. I am playing around
with this laptop and want to upgrade it to Me. My problem is that it does
not have a CD drive, No internet access, but it works and is a fairly nice
little computer. Does anyone know of an outlet or some location where I can
obtain Windows 98, 98se or Me Upgrades on Floppy disks. I would prefer 98se
or Me.

The last Windows version that came on floppies was Windows 95.

Your Armada model came originally with 8 mb of RAM and has a maximum
capacity of 40 mb. It therefore probably dates from 1995 or even
earlier and there is close to zero probability that Windows 98 would
even run on it, let alone perform in any sort of an acceptable way.
Windows Me is out of the question for such an ancient system.

Good luck
