There are many products that combine email and usenet clients. But

Thunderbird is acceptable for usenet. And Outlook Express is a lot
better than some people make out: I'd seriously consider it if only
because of the likelihood of finding someone else if you have problems
(less so now it's getting long in the tooth, I suppose). I'd add
OE-Quotefix, mind.

a News-Reader built in it
But I do know; when I said it's better than people make out, I meant as a
newsreader (though same applies to its use for email as well).
