From the looks of things it means that you have the drivers for the
controller installed but not the drivers for the device unless I'm missing
something. You need a) controller drivers so that the card put in the system
can be ready by the hardware and b) device drivers so that you can use the
device through the afore mentioned controller. It looks like you have step 1
complete. You may also wish to check with your laptops OEM for updated
drivers.
