Absolutely stupid argument. So because you believe legal transference
will not occur anyway, you suggest downloading an illegal and likely
hacked version from a torrent.
If the purchased or otherwise CD has its own *real COA* with it, it
provides a legal method to avoid illegal activities and provides "peace
of mind" to those who prefer to remain on the bright side of Laws.
We [you and I] discussed legal transference in win98.gen_discussion
several times over the course of years since 2006. There ARE ways and 98
products which can be transferred LEGALLY.
This the *98 networking* group, keep your personal trash and attempts
to further illegal torrent activities in an appropriate forum.


And yes, uTorrent is probably the best torrent program for win-98.

Any program which requires or relies upon JAVA, is, in itself, a
potential danger due to the inherent insecurities and vulnerabilities
internal to JAVA, such as the Azureus application.
Also so note: when connected via TOR as with any file sharing activity,
you have allowed access into your personal computer and network.
