OK so I installed the free etrust EZ Armour suite. Guess I should have
known better than to install this freebee piece of crap.

I could never get the AV to autodownload the virus definition files so that
never worked. The firewll seemed to be working ok. Never received a
response from customer support after several attempts so I decided to
uninstall the whole suite (AV, firewall). Well, the firewall portion seemed
to uninstall ok but the anti-virus remains there with no uninstall option in
the directory or in the Add/Remove programs in control panel.

Also the thing automatically starts itself up and there is no option
anywhere to even close and exit out of the program- what is the deal with
this? There is no reference to it in the startup directory.

How do I safely get rid of this AV program? I didnt want to simply delete
all the files in the directory. I also tied to re-downlad the program with
the hopes that I could reinstall and then uninstall everything successfully.
Apparently, they do not allow you to download the program a second time as
my link from the email I received from CA does not work.
