Default resolution on display

You could open the box and look at the labels on the card, but if it's on
the motherboard then that's not practical. Check out Everest - it can
provide details of your hardware make and model. You may need to get the
drivers from the manufacturer of the chipset if the card manufacturer can't
be found.

The best source would be the CD that was supplied with your system, although
that version could be out of date by now.
