Default Internet Explorer Repair

I noticed XP Pro. does not have add/remove for IE 6 sp1. Can you only
overwrite it or does it get repaired in some other way? I know I am asking
an XP question in a 98 newsgroup and I only rarely do this. I have had bad
experience with trolls and Linux fanatics in the XP general newsgroup.

As for a repair it depends on the version of IE.
Which one do you have?

OK... This is an ongoing problem... If you read through
this message you will find the original problem.

Currently I want to try to do an Internet Explorer repair
and see if that fixes anything. So how do I go about
doing that?

Any help is very appreciated.
Thanks,
JIM

You are sure the system is clean.
Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer are closely tied
together. Try an IE repair.

I recently had a few viruses on my computer and I

managed
to get them taken care of. But now, whenever I start my
computer I get this message that says:

will
be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the
program vendor.
