I've done scan disk, spybot removal, defrag, etc......and I have a
very slow downloading speed. When I initially sign-on...it takes
minutes to get everything booted. When browsing, it's very slow. I
have 28.6 gigs on Drive C: and have used 5.32. Is there a way to pull
a list of programs, etc...that I could review to remove those taking
up space, other than Add/remove programs...looking for suggestions to
improve performance....


Tried deleting the Browser cache? Control panel Internet settings
Delete cookies, files, and history.
