You could start by telling us what it is you can do or see. For example
can you see the drives in Windows Explorer. If not can you see the drives
in the Device Manager? You say you reinstalled Win Me, what was the
previous operating system? Was that also Win Me or something else? If
not Win Me what was the OS?
