Cheers, Rick - never thought, but the Windows key (if present) will also
take you to the Start Menu where arrow & tab keys will let you navigate.

My mouse usually works fine, but I've got two buggy programs that suppress
the "Always On Top" behaviour of the Toolbar, in which case I gotta use
Ctrl-Alt-Esc to pop it up (or I have to minimize everything one by one
to get to a cleared Desktop)
