Default screen font fails to print

configure the driver to download the font to the printer. The driver is
currently set to substitute the font.

Although I am able to see Arial correctly in Word and print preview, some
other san serif font is printing. I am able to print the Arial font sample
correctly. My Word documents formatted in Arial print out with noticeable
differences in cap G and R and lower case r and t. I am not using draft
font
or draft output. I am using the latest driver for my Brother HL5140.
Switching to the HP Laserjet 6P driver, as recommended, by Brother
support,
does not solve the problem. Suggestions?
