under IE, there is no view folders under options.
I never had Norton's system doctor,,, I had the anti virus but deleted it
from my system, as their upgrades are not supported with WindownMe.
where is the windows/info folder? and when I went to IE tools, there is no
folder options..... Help!!!

I have windowsME and compaq, 4 yr old computer.

I am thinking my computer is spent...... but can't afford a new one
