Default Computer not Responding

If your WinMe Startup (floppy) Disk isn't responding, then your 'Boot
Sequence' setting in your BIOS *may* need resetting - or you *may* have a
faulty Startup Disk or Floppy Drive of course.

As you seem to be unable to even progress either in Normal or Safe Mode, you
need resolve the floppy disk/drive issue first, before you can troubleshoot
your pc any further. Your WinMe Startup Disk contains the tools required to
check your PC.

start computer in safe mode and no programs come up.
