Default System Recovery

I don't open emails from people I don't know so it
doesn't matter.. They can spam me to death and I
wouldn't give a rat's ass. besides. That account may be
closed anyway.

In that W98 doesn't have system recovery, I suspect you

are either posting
in the wrong newsgroup or have a third party program.

Listing your email address was a mistake--chances are

you are going to get
tons of spam and emails with a virus attached.

Every time I try to run "System Recovery" and
select "Recovery Only" from the menu, nothing happens

and
the coputer completely freezes.

My computer came with Windows 98 Second Edition. I

have
a Hewlett Packard Pavillion 6630 with Intel Celeron
Processor and 10 gig HD. I simply want to restore the
computer to its original state without compromising any
of the programs I have loaded. The "Recover Only"

option
was supposed to do that.

If you would rather send the reply to my email, send it
