Windows partition. Actually, the best place for My Docs is on a
separate *drive*. That way the entire C: drive can go south and you
are still safe. (It has happened to me.)


Which is what I said about an hour before your post. :-)

It's irresponsible in the same sense that not installing a firewall,
an antivirus pgm, and an antispyware pgm is irresponsible once you
know about them. Even if you don't care if you infect yourself, the
rest of us care that you don't infect *us*.
