Default Win. me Internet shutdown

......exactly the same!
Go to the Network and Sharing Center
Click on Manage Network Connections
go to the connectoid r-click and select Properties
in Options, check that "Idle time before hanging up" is set to 'never'
OK out

ALSO - check that WinMail is not set to disconnect after fetching email.....
ToolsOptionsConnection
UNcheck "Hang up after sending and receiving"
OK out
