Default Tweaking Shut Down Menu

|I'm next to certain that you can't get rid of the option. Is it
really all |that annoying?

Not really. I was trying to understand why the Stand by option
presented itself on one of my Win98 computers and not the other two,
when none of them have the cabability (really ancient machines).

P.S. That Desktop Save utility you sent me to works great!
