Those are all "normal" errors, index.dat is used by Internet Explorer and
the cookie cache to keep track of entries and will always be in use. Having
MyBackup.qic showing as busy indicates that you are storing your backup on
the same drive you're trying to back up and this is a bad, BAD idea. Always
back up to a different drive than the one in use.
