Default Can't use my CD-ROM

Yes you are correct. Close device manager and reboot (restart) on the Start
button.

When I insert a CD program in my CD-ROM, my computer
doesn't recognize that it's there. I went to Device
Manager and there is an yellow circle with an

exclamation
point next to where it says:
"Mitsumi CD-ROM controller with double speed drive".
When I click it it say:
"not present, not working properly, or does not have all
the drivers installed"
It has the exclamation point and states the same problem
where is says "IDE Primary controller", "IDE secondary
controller" and "Standard Floppy Disc Controller":
I have Windows 98, what did I do to my computer and how
can I fix this?
