Default windows me display adapter

If you don't already know the make/model of the video display adapter,
Belarc Advisor might even identify it :-
http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html ), then a search of the adapter
manufacturer's web site should identify and if available, allow you to
download the correct WinMe driver for the adapter.

Download and install and all colors should be back - with a bit of luck.

BTW - don't you already have a CD containing a set of (XP) drivers supplied
with the adapter for the original pc? It *may* already include a WinMe
driver as well as the XP driver.
