Mine shows [default],[boot],[drivers],[drivers], [TTFontDimenCache]
And it is the absence of the [386Enh] section and more specifically the
mouse entry in [386Enh] that is most likley causing you your mouse
problems. As mentioned in an earlier post the [386Enh] section should
probably look something like
[386Enh]
....
mouse=*vmouse, msmouse.vxd
....
where .... represent other lines specific to your system. A basic PC here
running Win Me has the following
[386Enh]
ebios=*ebios
woafont=app850.fon
mouse=*vmouse,msmouse.vxd
device=*dynapage
device=*vcd
device=*vpd
device=*int13
display=*vdd,*vflatd
