Default video card driver set latency too high

Well that would be great but the only reason I ran the program called Sandra
was because I had a problem just a small one. My sound as I boot up stops
then starts a couple of times. Then every now and then as I run my computer
and am moving the mouse around the screen it stops then starts just enough
for me to notice then after a sec or so everything is back to normal. It
didn't do that until I installed a camera and some video software. It made
since to me that some where a program has set the Latency too high causing
the problem. Sure is something hogging the bandwidth but not all the time.

This is a bios/hardware setting and not a function of the operating
system. If your bios doesn't allow this setting to be changed then my
advice would be to forget about it and continue to use your PC in the same
way that you have always done before installing SiSoft Sandra.

setup\settings\pci & agp Devices and reduce latency to 64 or 32. Well
the problem is my bios doesn't have a place to reduce layency. Is
there a place in the registry that would have the latency setting
since my bios doesn't?
