I telephoned the Microsoft Order Desk on May 16 2006 and requested the
Windows Security Update CD for Windows Millenium. I was told it is no longer
available.

What is PSS? I'm in New York State.

I've encountered a (hopefully) minor problem with reinstalling the Windows
Updates. I downloaded IE6 SP1 (over my dial-up connection - it was 13 MB). I
then ran Windows Update just to get a list of the critical updates.
Twenty-two updates were listed. Two of those are not on the list of updates
produced when Windows Update Catalog is searched for Windows ME critical
updates: 1: 873374 and 2: security update Nov. 20 2001 MS01-56 308567.

I haven't researched this yet. Hopefully, Windows Update Catalog , in its
advanced options, will let me request these two specific updates.
