When i start my pc now it starts loading windows and then shows a dos screen
and it says Could not upgrade 1 or more system files before starting. I have
tried to boot with start up disk and make a new retore point and then write
to drive c but it then tells me write protect error writing drive c. Hope
someone can help me. Thanks,
