That is a link to this file: NPSWF32_10.3.183.86_hex.7z
Decompress it (use winrar or 7zip) and get npswf32.dll. That is a
hacked version of flash 10,3,183,86.
Place the resulting file in your \Windows\system\macromed directory
(replace or rename the existing file)
When viewing flash videos, the video will be spooled to a file located
in your windows/temp directory. The file will be named "flaxxxx.TMP".
You can drag-and-drop the file directly onto VLC media player - and it
will play it.
