I have just bought a win98 tower, and it has a net-lynx pci card in it, ( no
software to go with it, although i do have a ATI graphic card from my last
computer, and THAT does have the software..but it beeps as i say below ??
I do not know a lot about computers, but should this (current PCI card, if
thats what it is..it is in the slot which is further back on the motherboard
than the rest.. the 1 with the monitor cable in it ) not allow me to get
800 x
600 resoloution. I tried using an ATI card from an old motherboard, but upon
Boot-Up the hard drive just beeped a few times, and froze... Can anyone help
me out... is it something to do with the fact that in 1 of the logs, it says
re' devvices and dll's that load..... 'loading vnet2sup or ndis2sup failed'
?
Any help is appreciated..
I don't have a boot-up disk, or able to make 1.

99% of the time i also get an invalid VxD l;ink call stopping me booting -
up too, which really is annoying me... Device 3, system B ? huh? what is
that Device please ??
